Uploaded files and generated conversion outputs are stored temporarily on server storage and deleted after 120 minutes.
No Model Training
We do not use your uploaded document or image contents to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Transport Encryption
All communications between your web browser and our document engine are encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption.
1. Information We Process
When using Convertly, you provide files solely for the purpose of executing the file transformation you have requested. We do not require account registration, passwords, or personal profiles.
2. Temporary Storage & Automated File Deletion
Uploaded source files and generated outputs are stored temporarily on active server storage with a maximum lifespan of 120 minutes. Periodic cleanup tasks unlink expired files approximately every 10 minutes.
3. Processing Environment
File conversions are processed via automated server-side pipelines. File processing is restricted to executing the conversion parameters you select.
4. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Disclosures
Convertly displays advertisements served by Google AdSense to help fund server hosting costs. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) or www.aboutads.info.
5. User Privacy Rights
Users maintain rights to data erasure and non-discrimination under applicable privacy regulations. We do not sell user data.
