/api/v1/files/upload
1. Ingest & Validate File
Upload a document or image with magic-byte validation and executable payload checks. Returns a unique file ID with 120-minute expiry.
/api/v1/jobs
2. Dispatch Conversion Job
Submit a background conversion task with tool identifier and options. Returns a job tracking token.
/api/v1/jobs/{job_id}
3. Poll Job Status
Poll job progress until status reaches "completed" or "failed". Conversions execute asynchronously through queued background tasks.
/api/v1/files/{file_id}/download
4. Download Result
Streams the converted binary with safe Content-Disposition headers and anti-sniffing X-Content-Type-Options.

5. Pre-Flight PDF Security & Privacy Audit
Inspects PDF byte dictionary for metadata trails, form widgets, embedded JavaScript hooks, and encryption layers.
